resiliencetoolkit.org gathers what a Vermont coalition of more than ten organizations knows about resilience hubs and puts it in one place that works offline. It was born of Vermont’s 2023 and 2024 floods. The information architecture runs Before, During, and After, and every guide works offline once loaded. The content is owned by the CROs and contributors; the website is built by Access Ecologies.
The toolkit is live and best seen in use. It is built offline-first, so a hub can plan without a reliable connection: the guides load once and keep working when the internet does not.
The knowledge is organized the way a hub actually moves through a flood, Before, During, and After, and a Find Your Town view maps the Community Resilience Organizations and partners across Vermont.
